SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Türkiye.

In-stock pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

For pre-order pieces, the estimated availability date is specified on the relevant product page. Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days following the stated availability date.

Each Lanurun order is carefully prepared and packaged before leaving us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us at [email protected]. We also recommend requesting an official damage report from the courier at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags, accessories and packaging included. This includes the product care card, dust bag, presentation box and any protective packaging supplied with the order.

We kindly ask that all components of the original Lanurun packaging are returned with the piece. Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete or not returned in their original condition may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
