DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms and conditions set out below.

By confirming an order, the Buyer acknowledges that the order entails an obligation to pay the price of the purchased product(s), together with any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges clearly disclosed before the order is completed.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

Law: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Türkiye.
Regulation: The Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Seller: The person offering goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities.
Buyer / Consumer: The natural or legal person acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activities.

Parties: The Seller and the Buyer collectively.
Product: The goods purchased by the Buyer through the Website.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the sale and delivery of product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the applicable Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The essential characteristics, sales price and other relevant information relating to each product are displayed on the Website before the order is completed. Prices remain valid until they are updated or amended. Prices announced for a specified period remain valid until the end of that period.

4. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The type, quantity, model, colour, price and other essential characteristics of the product(s) are as stated on the relevant product page and in the order confirmation presented to the Buyer before payment.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any charges disclosed before checkout, is confirmed to the Buyer before completion of the order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment shall be made using one of the payment methods offered on the Website at checkout. An order will be processed following successful completion of the applicable payment and order confirmation procedures.

6. DELIVERY

The product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during checkout. In-stock orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-order products will be dispatched in accordance with the estimated availability information provided on the relevant product page.

In all cases, delivery shall be completed within the applicable statutory period, except where circumstances permitted by applicable law apply.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Subject to the exceptions provided under applicable law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer, receives the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must provide the Seller with a clear statement of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period. Withdrawal and return requests may be communicated to [email protected].

8. RETURNS

Following notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the period prescribed by applicable consumer legislation.

The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable, the product should be returned together with its original accessories and accompanying materials, including the product care card, dust bag, presentation box and protective packaging.

Return shipping procedures and any applicable return shipping costs shall be handled in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer legislation and the return information provided to the Buyer before completion of the order.

9. REFUNDS

Where the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, refunds shall be made within the period and under the conditions required by applicable Turkish consumer legislation.

Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original transaction, without imposing any additional cost on the Buyer, subject to applicable law.

10. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances excluded under applicable consumer legislation. In particular, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's specific requests or personal requirements.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Buyer acknowledges that, before completing the order, they have been provided with the relevant preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, total sales price, payment method, delivery and the right of withdrawal and have confirmed such information electronically.

The records maintained in connection with the order and transaction shall be retained in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with the monetary limits, jurisdiction and other requirements prescribed by applicable Turkish consumer legislation.

13. ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing and paying for an order through the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read the preliminary information and the terms of this Agreement and electronically accepted the Agreement.
